App Marketplace — Digital distribution platforms such as Apple's App Store or Google Play Store where our Application is available.

Content — Any text, images, media, or information you upload, share, or make accessible through our Service.

Ordering Products
Eligibility
When placing orders through our Service, you confirm that you possess the legal capacity to enter into contractual agreements.
Information You Provide
To complete a purchase, you may need to supply personal details including your name, contact information, payment credentials, and delivery address. You affirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete, and that you are authorised to use the selected payment methods.
Order Processing
We retain the right to decline or cancel orders under various circumstances, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing discrepancies, order errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Cancellations & Returns
Purchased items may be returned according to our Returns Policy. To qualify for a refund, products must be returned in their original condition with all accompanying materials. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using your original payment method.
Certain items are exempt from cancellation rights, including:
Custom-made or personalised products
Perishable goods or items past their expiry date
Unsealed items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons
Products that have been mixed with other items after delivery
Digital content where download or streaming has commenced with your consent
Pricing
All prices are subject to change without prior notice until an order is confirmed. In exceptional circumstances affecting delivery costs (government regulations, customs adjustments, shipping rate changes, or currency fluctuations), we may need to revise pricing after order acceptance. In such cases, you retain the right to cancel your order.
Payment Methods
We accept various payment options including major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as digital payment services like PayPal. All transactions are subject to verification and authorisation by your payment provider.
Subscriptions
Billing Cycles
Certain features within our Service require a paid subscription. Billing occurs in advance on a recurring schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, or annually) based on your selected plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled by you or by us.
Managing Your Subscription
You may cancel subscription renewals through your account settings or by reaching out to us directly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period—no refunds are issued for the remaining subscription time, but you retain access until the period concludes.
For subscriptions initiated through an App Marketplace, cancellation must be handled through that platform.
Billing Information
You agree to maintain accurate and up-to-date billing details. If automatic payment fails, we will notify you and provide a deadline for manual payment completion.
Price Adjustments
Subscription fees may be modified at our discretion. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any price changes, allowing you the opportunity to cancel before new rates apply. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the updated fees.
Refund Policy
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Refund requests may be considered individually at our sole discretion.
In-App Purchases
Our Application may offer additional products, services, or subscription upgrades available for purchase within the app.
Once initiated, in-app purchases cannot be cancelled and are non-transferable. They cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of compensation.
If a purchased item fails to download or function correctly, please notify us. We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or repair at no additional cost. If resolution proves impossible within a reasonable timeframe, we will facilitate a refund through the App Marketplace.
All billing for in-app purchases is managed by the respective App Marketplace and governed by their terms. Payment-related enquiries should be directed to them.
User Accounts
When registering an account, you must provide truthful and current information. Inaccurate details may result in account termination.
You bear responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access or security breaches.
Usernames must not impersonate others, infringe on trademarks, or contain offensive material.
User Content
Your Contributions
Our Service enables you to share content. You remain solely responsible for any material you post, including its legality and appropriateness.
By submitting content, you grant us a licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute it through our Service. You retain ownership of your content and are responsible for protecting your rights.
You warrant that you own or have permission to share any content you post, and that sharing it does not violate anyone's rights.
Prohibited Content

Severability
If any provision of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. The unenforceable portion will be interpreted to achieve its intended purpose to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Modifications
